All scores, transcriptions, and musical materials available on this site are provided for educational and personal use only. Redistribution, commercial use, or public performance for profit is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Suppose you choose to share a performance (live or recorded) that features my work. In that case, you must credit James Mazzocchi as the composer/arranger in the video description, performance program, or accompanying text. Failure to do so may result in a revocation of access to future materials.

2. Community Conduct

By participating in any interactive features on the site (including comments, forum discussions, or community chat areas), you agree to follow all outlined community rules and standards.

3. Subscription Service

A monthly subscription to exclusive content is available for £5/month via the name SoundCheck. This subscription grants access to premium transcriptions, downloadable materials, exclusive scores, and behind-the-scenes content.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

  • Access to materials will be revoked if a subscription is cancelled or payment fails.

  • Subscription content remains subject to the same usage limitations as outlined above (i.e., educational use only and proper crediting for performances).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the intellectual property of James Mazzocchi, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.

5. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
